Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers of Lawn Care in Fenton LLC. By scheduling or accepting service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Payment & Scope
- The service rate covers standard lawn mowing on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for the 2026 season (May through October) and is billed the day of service.
- Payments made by check or cash must be prepaid.
Scheduling Flexibility
- To account for weather, your scheduled service day may fluctuate by plus or minus one (1) day.
- We will notify you directly if any scheduling changes fall outside of this 48-hour window.
Property Access
Any locked or inaccessible areas at the time of service, including wet areas, will be mowed around.
Personal Items & Liability
- Due to insurance restrictions, our crew cannot move personal items.
- Please ensure the lawn is clear of toys, garden hoses, dog leashes, outdoor furniture, and debris.
- Lawn Care in Fenton LLC is not responsible for damage to items left in the mowing area.
Safety & Obstructions
Our crew will maintain a safe distance from any obstructions or personal property left on the lawn to protect our equipment and your property.
Cancellation & Skipping Policy
- Early cancellation may result in a 50% increase to each service already provided.
- Skipping weekly service is prohibited. If your lawn does not require mowing on a scheduled week, our crew will perform alternative services such as detailed trimming, weed eating, or soft edging to fulfill that week's service.
Limitation of Liability
Lawn Care in Fenton LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
